The hospitality sector in Nigeria has experienced a vast boom over the past 10-15 years; with fast and steady growth across the industry, International and Local companies alike have taken notice. Nigeria today is home to hotels, restaurants, tour companies, offices, galleries etc. that boast the aesthetic and products to rival similar establishments across the globe; however, the human capital in Nigeria is not ready to deliver on the customer relations needs required to service the ever-growing industry.
